Level of Service

Tenant Finder (Bonze) : 3 weeks rent with a minimum charge of £500.00

Rent Collection (Silver):  From 5%

FULLY MANAGED (Gold):- From 10%

Monthly rent collected

AST Agreement Set Up Fee - £100

Deposit Registration Fee - £45

Deposit Disputes - From £60

AST Renewal Fee £60.00 (6 months) or £90 (12 months)

Movement to Rolling Contract from Fixed AST - £40

Inventory Costs:-

Studio/1 Bedroom - £60.00

2 Bedroom - £70.00

3 Bedroom - £80.00

Larger bedroom properties are £10.00 per extra bedroom

Gas Safety Certificates - From £85 (increased cost if a full service is also required)

Serving notice - £100 

Court assistance- From £250

Sale of property to existing tenant - 0.5%

There will be a charge of 10% on maintenance work for jobs of less than £1,000
