FULLY MANAGED (Gold):- From 10%

Deposit Registration Fee - £45

Deposit Disputes - From £80

AST Renewal Fee £60.00 (6 months) or £90 (12 months)

Movement to Rolling Contract from Fixed AST - £40

Studio Flats - £105

1 and 2 Bedroom Flats - £140

3 Bedroom Maisonettes and 2 Bedroom Houses - £165

3 and 4  Bedroom Houses - £190

5 Plus Bedroom Houses and HMOs - Prices on Application

Gas Safety Certificates - From £90 - £120 including boiler service

EPC - £75

Section 13 notice - £80

Court assistance- From £250

Sale of property to existing tenant - 0.5%

There will be a charge of 10% on maintenance work for jobs of less than £1,000

Jobs over £1000 - An agreed fee will be charged.
